DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TRACKING NUMBER WHEN I ORDER?

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your orders purchase information. When your item ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Depending on the shipping option you choose your shipment confirmation email may or may not contain tracking information. If your purchase has a tracked shipping option, you will get an email confirmation that includes a tracking number for your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT VISA DEBIT CARDS, PRE-PAID CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL AS PAYMENT?

We only Accept Shopify Pay and accredited Visa and MasterCard Cards.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY KNOCKOUT?

The Knockout is made of food-grade silicone and stainless steel pieces so it is dishwasher safe, just ensure all pieces are secure and won’t move around during the cleaning process. You can also do a quick clean of your Knockout by running warm water through it. Use a little bit of salt and water to scrub off any caked on dirt and rinse thoroughly. We recommend cleaning your Knockout every 5 uses.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We have a 30 day return policy if The Knockout is sent back unused. Check out the full return policy
